Breakdown of our charges with repairs from £72 including VAT which covers the *call out and labour*. If a repair does not go ahead then the call out fee of £36 is payable..

Our fridge had stopped working. I spoke to a wonderful knowledgeable woman who told us what to do first before they came out and would need to charge us. What a difference to the other engineers that I also phoned. Would highly recommend. Well done polite genuine person

From the first time of contact, I was extremely impressed by this company.When they contacted I was told to defrost my fridge freezer first for 48 hours as this may resolve the problem without incurring a call out fee for them to look at the appliance.Unfortunately it didn't resolve but the instant it was looked at Allen was aware if the problem. A very reasonable quote given, part ordered and fitted in a timely manner.I would highly recommend this company.

My request for repair was answered, and a visit was planned for the following day Allen attended and identified the problem and a part was ordered. I was kept up to date with the arrival of the part. A time was agreed for the repair to be completed. All up and running within 5 days. Excellent friendly service would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from start to finish! Next day help. Very reasonable call out charge. Easy to pay via QR code. Friendly and engineer gave clear explanation as to issue. Parts arrived beginning of the following week and next day appointment arranged to fit. Kept informed of time of arrival via text and tracking service to make sure I was in. So glad they could fix our dishwasher before Christmas! Thanks!

After removing my Slide and Hide oven door to clean, I was unable to replace it as the mechanism slipped. Allen came out the same day and it took him no time at all. I am very happy with the service.
